Comfort & Support is achieved thanks to high resilience foam that is moulded into an ergonomic shape. This material also enables the SleepMuffs to resist prolonged use.

Thermoregulation is achieved thanks to the black, silky smooth, certified organic bamboo viscose. This premium OEKO-TEX® 100 certified fabric, present on all SleepMuffs, is in direct contact with your skin allowing it to be at comfortable temperatures over time and even suitable for sensitive skin.

Resistance to wear & tear is achieved by a thick recycled polyester made from second-hand plastic bottles and certified by the OEKO-TEX® 100 standard. This fabric is present on all SleepMuffs but coloured differently depending on which colour you choose. Its peach skin finish takes the sensory experience to another level.

Sound blocking is achieved thanks to ABS plastic ear cups that sit inside the high resilience foam. Their thick walls allow you to isolate your ears from the world and block up to 33dB! Check out our sound blocking results here.

This bag enables you to take your SleepMuffs everywhere you go. The bag is made from a high quality water-resistant polyester fabric which keeps your SleepMuffs clean and protected from dirty surfaces.

The travel bag can be looped & locked around most wheelie bag handles and backpack straps so it won't take any space in your luggage and will always be accessible.

Nonetheless, please carefully read the following information to better understand our return process. 

All returns are subject to our approval and all refunds are subject to quality control . A Request for Return must be completed prior to returning any item. Once approved you will receive an e-mail with the return instructions. You will have 7 days to send your item back to us.

Within the USA: Once your Request for Return has been approved a return label will be sent to you via email. With this return label you will be able send your item back to us from any post office within the USA within 7 days. If used, the cost of this return label, US$9.99, will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the postage back to us along with handling costs associated to returns. Once the item is received and passes our quality checks, you will receive your refund within 30 days (minus the cost of the original shipping and the aforementioned fee).

Within Australia: Once your Request for Return has been approved a return label will be sent to you via email. With this return label you will be able send your item back to us from any post office within Australia within 7 days. If used, the cost of this return label, AU$19.99, will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the postage back to us along with handling costs associated to returns. Once the item is received and passes our quality checks, you will receive your refund within 30 days (minus the cost of the original shipping and the aforementioned fee). 

Outside of Australia & the USA: Once your Request for Return has been approved, you must send your item to the address specified in the return instructions email within 7 days. We cannot issue a return label for returns outside of Australia or the USA. You will return the SleepMuffs at your own expense and provide a tracking number. Once received and inspected you will receive your refund within 30 days (minus the original shipping costs).
