Before submitting your request, we recommend checking our support page — many customers have been able to improve their fit, comfort, and sound experience by following the help videos and FAQs. Fields marked * are required.

Standard 30-day returns (including change of mind): Return shipping is arranged and paid for by you. Within 7 days of your return being approved, ship the item back using a tracked service and send the tracking number to customer.service@blisstil.com. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, your refund is processed within 30 days. Your original (outbound) shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or defective products: Contact us with photos of the product and packaging first. Within the USA, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Outside the USA, you arrange and pay for return shipping initially — and if the claim is validated, we'll refund reasonable return shipping costs along with your original shipping fees.
