Terms of service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Overview
This website is operated by Inventful Pty Ltd trading as Blisstil. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Blisstil”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inventful Pty Ltd.
These Terms of Service apply when you access our website, purchase a product from us or otherwise use the services available through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them, including our:
- Shipping Policy
- Returns and Refund Policy
- Privacy Policy
Please read these documents carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or purchase products through it.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform through which we sell our products.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, territory or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other material that could harm our website, systems or users.
3. Products and availability
Certain products may be available exclusively through our website and may be produced or offered in limited quantities.
All orders are subject to product availability. We may limit the quantity of products available to an individual, household, address or order where reasonably necessary, including to prevent fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale.
We may modify or discontinue products, features or services. Changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted unless we contact you and agree otherwise.
Product photographs are provided for illustration. We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details accurately, but their appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting and individual product variation.
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance that do not affect the product’s functionality are not necessarily defects.
4. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability and other information are accurate.
Occasionally, information may contain an error or omission. Where this happens, we may correct the information and contact you if the correction materially affects an order you have already placed.
We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Depending on your location, prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, duties and delivery charges. Any amounts payable by you will be shown before you complete your order.
Prices may change without notice, but price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.
Payment must be authorised by the applicable payment provider. We are not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, card issuer or currency-conversion provider.
6. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We accept your order when we confirm that it is being processed or dispatched, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Pricing or product information contains a clear error
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
- Delivery to the supplied address is unavailable
- The order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method.
7. Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched. Additional shipping or recovery costs resulting from incorrect information may be charged to you where permitted by law.
8. Shipping and delivery
Processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking information, covered destinations, duties and other shipping conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A delay does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Risk in the product passes to you when it is delivered to you or to a person you authorised to receive it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Pre-orders and advance purchases
Some products may be offered before production or general retail availability.
Estimated production, dispatch and delivery dates for these products are based on the information reasonably available to us when the estimate is provided. These dates may change because of manufacturing, testing, certification, customs, logistics or supply-chain delays.
We will provide material updates where reasonably practical.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund or other rights available to you under applicable law or the specific terms presented when you place your order.
10. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
Any voluntary return period or commercial warranty we offer is additional to, and does not replace, rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Products must not be returned without following the return instructions provided by our customer-service team.
11. Consumer guarantees
Our products come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
For customers protected by the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced where they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, condition, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
12. Commercial warranties
Any written product warranty offered by Blisstil applies in accordance with its stated terms and conditions.
A commercial warranty does not exclude or limit any statutory rights that apply independently of that warranty.
Unauthorised modifications, misuse, accidental damage or use contrary to the product instructions may not be covered by our commercial warranty, although your statutory rights may still apply.
13. Optional and third-party services
Our website may give you access to services, applications or tools operated by third parties.
Third-party services are governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or operation, except to the extent required by law.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily represent our endorsement of those websites or their content.
14. Reviews, feedback and submissions
When you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion or other content to us, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit it
- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- It does not infringe another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or malicious
- It does not contain harmful software or code
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, translate and publish content you voluntarily submit in connection with our business, marketing and customer communications.
We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
We will not knowingly publish personal information that should reasonably remain private without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
15. Intellectual property
Our website and its content—including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs and software—are owned by or licensed to Blisstil and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Without our written permission, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit or create derivative works from a substantial part of our website or its content.
16. Prohibited uses
You must not use our website:
- For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- To infringe our rights or the rights of another person
- To submit false or misleading information
- To harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against another person
- To distribute spam, malware or harmful code
- To collect personal information without authority
- To interfere with the security or operation of our website
- To scrape, crawl or access our systems using unauthorised automated methods
- To circumvent access controls or security measures
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these conditions have been breached.
17. Website availability
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, upgrades or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, information made available through our website is provided for general information and should not be treated as professional medical, legal or other specialist advice.
18. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, or inability to access, our website where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable.
We are not responsible for loss caused by:
- Your misuse of a product
- Your failure to follow safety or operating instructions
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Incorrect information provided by you
- A third-party service outside our reasonable control
This section does not exclude liability for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach, negligence or failure to comply with a mandatory consumer guarantee.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss reasonably suffered by us as a direct result of your unlawful use of our website, deliberate breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not require you to compensate us for loss caused by our own negligence, breach of law or wrongful conduct.
20. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information and how you can contact us about a privacy concern. The OAIC recommends that privacy policies explain these practices in clear language.
21. Termination
You may stop using our website at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms or used our website unlawfully.
Termination does not affect rights, payments or obligations that arose before termination.
22. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
23. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
24. Entire agreement
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and purchases through it.
They do not exclude representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You and Blisstil submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
This section does not prevent you from exercising rights available under the laws or courts of your usual place of residence where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian Consumer Law also protects consumers against unfair terms in standard-form consumer contracts.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on our website.
The updated Terms will apply from the date they are published. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless:
- The change is required by law
- It benefits you
- We obtain your agreement
The date at the beginning of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
