Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During times of very high demand such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas processing times can be between 2 to 4 business days and shipping delays can occur.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Australia, UK, EU & New Zealand.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
EU and UK taxes and VAT are not included in the price you pay.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blisstil.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns.
We offer full refunds if the product you receive is severely damaged.
We offer partial refunds for you to get the item fixed if the product is slightly damaged.
If you experience any of the above please contact info@blisstil.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition including the shipping box. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
