If the Serenade isn't right for you, fill in the form below and we'll respond within 4 business days. Before you do, it's worth a look at our support page — a lot of fit, comfort and sound issues are quick to solve. Fields marked * are required.

Find this in the order confirmation email sent by info@blisstil.com.

Standard 30-day returns (including change of mind): Return shipping is arranged and paid for by you. Within 7 days of your return being approved, ship the item back using a tracked service and send the tracking number to customer.service@blisstil.com. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, your refund is processed within 30 days. Your original (outbound) shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or defective products: Contact us with photos of the product and packaging first. Within the USA, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Outside the USA, you arrange and pay for return shipping initially — and if the claim is validated, we'll refund reasonable return shipping costs along with your original shipping fees.
