Blisstil Monthly Serenade Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Blisstil Monthly Serenade Giveaway (“Giveaway”). By submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

This Giveaway is operated by Inventful Pty Ltd trading as Blisstil (“Blisstil”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
own or have received a Blisstil Serenade
submit your own original content
have permission from anyone visible in your submitted content
comply with these Terms & Conditions

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs on a monthly basis.

Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) on the last day of the month.

We select a winner at the end of every month.

4. How to Enter

To enter, you must complete the official Blisstil giveaway form and submit:

your first name
your email address
the required questionnaire responses
one photo or one short video showing you with your Blisstil Serenade

Your Serenade must be clearly visible in the submitted photo or video.

You may submit one entry per person per calendar month.

Submitting multiple files, repeated entries, or duplicate submissions in the same month does not increase your chances of being selected and may result in disqualification.

5. Submission Requirements

Your submission must:

be your own original content
clearly show the Blisstil Serenade
be lawful, respectful, and tasteful
not contain nudity
not include anyone under 18
not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, publicity, or trademark rights
not be misleading, false, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate

Blisstil may reject, remove, or disqualify any submission that does not meet these requirements or does not fit the spirit of the Giveaway.

6. Photos and Videos

Both photo and video submissions are accepted.

Blisstil may give preference to video submissions over photo submissions when selecting a winner, because videos may better demonstrate the product in use.

Submitting a video does not guarantee selection.

7. Prize

Each month, Blisstil will select one (1) winner, who will receive one (1) Blisstil Serenade.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

If necessary, Blisstil reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value.

Blisstil will cover standard shipping of the prize to the winner’s nominated address, subject to shipping availability and destination restrictions.

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other local fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner unless Blisstil states otherwise.

8. Winner Selection

At the end of each monthly period, Blisstil will select one winner from all eligible submissions received during that month.

The winner will be selected by Blisstil in its discretion, taking into account factors such as:

whether the submission complies with these Terms
whether the Serenade is clearly visible
the overall quality and clarity of the submission
whether the submission is a photo or a video
the submission’s overall suitability for Blisstil’s marketing or promotional use

This Giveaway is therefore a selection-based promotion, not a purely random draw.

9. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided in the entry form.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, Blisstil may withdraw the prize and select another winner.

10. Licence to Use Submitted Content

By entering the Giveaway, you grant Blisstil a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, publish, display, distribute, repost, and republish your submitted content, in whole or in part, in any format or media, including for:

advertising
social media
websites
email marketing
packaging
printed materials
other marketing and promotional purposes

You agree that Blisstil may use your first name in connection with the content.

You confirm that no further approval, payment, or compensation is required for Blisstil’s use of the submitted content.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Blisstil’s Privacy Policy.

12. Disqualification

Blisstil reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

is incomplete or inaccurate
breaches these Terms
contains inappropriate or prohibited content
is fraudulent, automated, manipulated, or misleading
is submitted more than once by the same person in the same month
otherwise appears to undermine the fairness or intended operation of the Giveaway

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blisstil is not responsible for:

lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or failed submissions
technical failures, upload issues, or internet interruptions
any delay, cancellation, or disruption affecting the Giveaway
any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

Blisstil may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, or amend these Terms, at any time where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, technical, or commercial reasons.

Any updated version of these Terms will be posted by Blisstil and will apply from the date of publication unless stated otherwise.

15. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Blisstil, not to Instagram.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of New South Wales, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
