Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Blisstil warrants that the Blisstil Serenade headphones will be free from defects in materials, electronics, and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").

If a manufacturing defect affecting product performance or functionality arises during the Warranty Period, Blisstil will, at its discretion and subject to applicable consumer protection laws:

  • repair the product, or
  • replace the product with the same or an equivalent product.

Warranty service is provided without charge for parts or labor, but customers may be responsible for shipping costs except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • cosmetic damage not affecting functionality;
  • accidental damage;
  • misuse, abuse, or improper handling;
  • unauthorized modifications or repairs;
  • damage caused by improper storage or use contrary to product instructions.

Textile and comfort components naturally wear over time. Accordingly, fabric covers and ear pads are not covered under this warranty. Replacement covers and ear pads are available separately.

3. How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact Blisstil customer support through our website and provide:

  • your order number or proof of purchase;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • photographs or videos where requested to help diagnose the issue.

Additional verification information may be requested where reasonably necessary to process a warranty claim.

Return instructions will be provided if inspection or return of the product is required.

4. Consumer Law Rights

This warranty applies in addition to rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and applicable United States federal and state consumer laws, which cannot be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
