Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made on blisstil.com.
1. General
(a) We provide refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and applicable United States federal and state consumer protection laws, together with the terms set out in this Policy.
(b) The benefits provided under this Policy are in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable law.
(c) Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase so you understand your rights and what you can expect if you are not satisfied with your order.
2. 30-Day Return Period
(a) You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as shown on the shipment tracking link.
(b) Returns are accepted, including for change of mind, provided the product:
- is clean
- is in good working condition
- is undamaged
- includes all accessories
- includes original product packaging in good condition
(c) Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refund.
(d) All returns require prior approval through our Request for Return form. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
(e) Once approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days using a tracked shipping service, and the tracking number must be provided to us.
(f) For standard 30-day returns, return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
(g) Refunds are processed within 30 days after the returned item is received and passes inspection.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted only for:
- Blisstil Serenade headphones
- Blisstil Wireless Airplane Adapter
All sales of Blisstil Eye Masks and SleepPlugs are final and are not eligible for refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
(a) If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly via our Contact Us form and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
(b) Damaged products must be returned with all accessories and packaging.
(c) If inspection confirms a manufacturing defect or shipping damage:
- we will repair or replace the product, or
- provide a refund, including original shipping fees.
(d) Return shipping for damaged or defective products:
Within the USA:
A prepaid return label will be provided.
Outside the USA:
Customers initially arrange and pay return shipping. If the claim is validated, reasonable return shipping costs will be refunded.

5. Exceptions
We may refuse repair, replacement, or refund where:
- (i) The problem resulted from misuse or improper handling.
- (ii) You were aware of the issue prior to purchase.
- (iii) You requested services or alterations against our advice or provided unclear instructions.
- (iv) Any other exceptions permitted under applicable consumer protection laws apply.
6. Refund Processing
(a) Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
(b) Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
(c) If return conditions are not met, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense and the refund refused.
(d) Approved refunds are processed within 30 days after inspection.
7. Response Time
We aim to respond to refund, repair, or replacement requests within 7 business days.
8. VAT, Duties and Import Charges
Pre-Order Phase
For supported destinations indicated at checkout or on the product page, Blisstil covers applicable duties and taxes. Customers should not incur additional import charges.
Regular Orders
- USA and Australia: duties and taxes are included at checkout.
- Other destinations: local VAT, duties or import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Blisstil cannot refund import charges paid directly to customs authorities.
