Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order customers receive units from the first production batch, shipped directly from our base in Shenzhen before general retail availability.

Deliveries are scheduled to arrive between April and June 2026.

Once shipped, orders travel via sea freight, and delivery typically takes:

  • USA – West Coast: 30–35 days
  • USA – Central regions: 35–40 days
  • USA – East Coast: 40–45 days
  • Canada: 48–52 days
  • UK & EU: 50–55 days
  • Hong Kong & Australia: 7–25 days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link with regular updates. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Delivery, duties and taxes are covered by us for USA, Canada, UK, EU, Hong Kong and Australia during this phase.

In-Stock Orders (Outside of Pre-Order Phase)

When the Serenade becomes available from stock, orders will be fulfilled from our US warehouse.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas), processing times may increase to 2–4 business days, and shipping delays may occur.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (USA)

Our warehouse is located in Poway, California.

Shipping for 1× Serenade:

  • US Standard (DHL) | 3–8 business days | US$8.99
  • US Standard Plus (UPS) | 3–5 business days | US$16.99
  • US Express (USPS) | 1–3 business days | US$14.99

International Shipping (Outside of Pre-Order Phase)

We ship internationally to Australia, UK, EU, and New Zealand.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

EU and UK VAT/taxes may not be included in the checkout price unless specified.

  • Australia (DHL) | 7–28 business days | AU$35.99
  • New Zealand (DHL) | 7–28 business days | NZ$38.99
  • Rest of World (DHL) | 7–28 business days | Price calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 14 days after receiving a shipping confirmation email (for in-stock shipments), please contact us at info@blisstil.com with your name and order number and we will investigate.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged Shipments

We offer:

  • Full refunds if the product arrives severely damaged
  • Partial refunds where repair is possible

If your item arrives damaged, please contact customer.service@blisstil.com with your order number and photos of both the product and shipping box. Each case is reviewed individually and we will work toward a fair resolution.
